• PhD and/or Master Degree in Applied Physics, Physics or relevant studies.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of technical challenges from requirements to product validation.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications for power transistors / discrete devices.
• Create simulation models and use circuit simulation to understand product behavior.
• Enable product performance targets.
• Act as technical expert in projects.
• Develop expertise in characterization, verification, test, qualification concepts and package development through study and quorum learnings.
• Design and understand layout of discrete devices.
• Interpret and improve model via dedicated tools or self-developed tools.
• Be the technical sparring partner for the Project Manager.
