Job summary

TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor for TNB Projects – Ayer Puteh. Based in Kamunting, Perak, you will advise on safety measures, assist the safety and health committee, and ensure compliance with all relevant acts and guidelines.

Responsibilities include inspecting workplaces, maintaining safety statistics, preparing monthly reports, developing SOPs, JSA and HIRARC, and carrying out weekly inspections.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
• Applicants must be willing to outstation.
• Candidate must have Yellow Book & CIDB.
• Experience with TNB Projects is preferred.
• Own transportation and valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise the employer or person in charge on safety measures for the workplace.
• Assist the safety and health committee during inspections and compliance checks.
• Inspect machinery, equipment, substances, and processes for safety concerns.
• Serve as secretary to the safety and health committee.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accident statistics and incidents.
• Assist management on site safety management plans and documentation.
• Develop Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs), JSA, and HIRARC.
• Prepare Site Safety statistics and monthly Site Safety reports.
• Carry out weekly and monthly safety inspections.
• Ensure records and documentation meet statutory requirements.
