The Senior Electrical Engineer (Machine Automation) is responsible for designing, developing, and integrating electrical systems—including schematics, control panels, power distribution, PLCs, and safety circuits for automated inspection machines, while leading troubleshooting, testing, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure reliable, compliant, and innovative automation solutions.
Design, review, and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts for automated inspection machines.
Develop electrical systems including power distribution, control circuits, sensors, actuators, and safety circuits.
Select and specify electrical components such as servo drives, power supplies, and industrial devices.
Participate in new machine development from concept to release.
Collaborate with software, mechanical, and vision engineers for machine integration.
Support machine assembly, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve electrical/control system issues.
Support machine verification and acceptance testing prior to shipment.
Review and support junior electrical engineers’ work.
Contribute to improvements in electrical design standards and documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in machine electrical design, industrial automation, or equipment engineering.
Experience in automated machinery, semiconductor equipment, or industrial automation systems preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical schematic design, control panel design, and industrial electrical systems (24VDC, 230VAC, 415VAC).
Knowledge of machine safety circuits, sensors, actuators, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with PLC hardware (Keyence, Omron, or similar systems).
Basic understanding of servo drive systems and industrial communication systems.
Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with ability to work independently.
Able to mentor junior engineers and work in a team environment.
