Job summary

AnyMind Group in Malaysia seeks a strategic and highly motivated eCommerce KAM to oversee a portfolio of brands, driving the overarching e‑commerce strategy, managing P&L, and ensuring operational excellence across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews, build strong platform relationships, optimize budgets and campaigns, analyze data for ROI, and guide the team through high-traffic mega campaigns with resilience and strategic foresight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in eCommerce, KAM, or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce ecosystems.
• Financial acumen with P&L, budgets, and ROI.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with Excel/data analytics proficiency.
• Resilient and adaptable for high-pressure mega campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce strategy and P&L for a portfolio of brands.
• Lead QBRs to align brand goals with agency delivery.
• Negotiate JBPs and secure exclusive placements with Lazada/Shopee/TikTok.
• Review and approve marketing strategies for mega campaigns and launches.
• Streamline workflows between KAM and internal teams.
• Analyze portfolio data to reveal market trends and ROI; provide insights.
• Manage team workload and crisis management during peak campaigns.
