Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in e-commerce and/or FMCG.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
• Good digital knowledge; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with sales, marketing, pricing, promotional, and customer retention objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, identify gaps and growth opportunities, and recommend actions to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key e-commerce customers; negotiate terms.
• Manage product content, shop storefronts, and online campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
• Monitor budgets and ROI; ensure timely listing and effective online execution.
