Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in business development or other related fields.
• At least 4 years’ experience in key account management or similar area of multinational companies, preferably in FMCG.
• Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, presentation, result-driven.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer relationships.
• Align account strategies with shopper marketing, brand strategies and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with shopper and customers marketing and sales to maximize brand communications and in-store trade execution.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers; negotiate sales with strategic accounts.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of NPL listings; manage accounts receivable aging.
• Oversee trade budgets, A&P and terms discussions within the allocated budget; ensure market hygiene and ROI.
