Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment – Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimise Seller Central, listings, and PPC campaigns. The role focuses on driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring policy compliance across the US marketplace.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Mandarin for stakeholder communication. This on-site position offers growth within the e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon marketplaces.
• Experience developing and scaling an Amazon (US) marketplace account from A to Z.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon FBA, FBM, and inventory management.
• Proven experience managing and optimising Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO best practices.
• Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns to maximise ROAS and advertising performance.
• Monitor sales performance, account health, and key marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate inventory planning and manage Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and marketplace requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive marketplace growth.
• Analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable business insights.
