Job summary

SUNEASE SDN BHD is seeking an entry-level E-commerce Customer Service and Amazon Listing specialist in Malaysia. You will handle product listings, optimize pages, and support sales through market analysis and promotions.

Fluent Mandarin is required; fresh graduates are welcome. Prior e-commerce or foreign trade service experience is a plus, with strong communication and pressure-resistance skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon product listings, including uploading and optimization.

• Manage Amazon PPC advertising and promotions to improve sales and ranking.
• Monitor sales data and inventory to maintain stock health.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Amazon policies.
