Bright Prospect in Malaysia seeks an E-Commerce Executive to manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimize listings, and drive sales. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and strong performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in e-commerce with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, excellent Excel/Sheets skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to grow marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales, preferably with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, product listing optimization, promotions, and Seller Central tools.
• Experience with Amazon Ads/PPC, keyword research, SEO, and marketplace analytics is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with good data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Commercially driven with interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the company's Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and order management.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications to improve visibility and conversion.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, inventory levels, and other key marketplace KPIs.
• Manage Amazon promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and advertising activities to drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and Amazon support for smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, feedback, and product issues to maintain account health.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, requirements, and performance standards.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor, market, and product research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Troubleshoot Seller Central issues including listing errors and inventory discrepancies.
