Responsabilités

• Implement, administer and maintain the Aconex system, including users, workflows and access rights.
• Train project staff on document control processes and the Aconex system.
• Develop and maintain document control procedures, registers, ISO forms and templates.
• Organise, manage, file and distribute project documents, drawings and correspondence.
• Process outgoing documents and transmittals to the Client, Contractors and third parties.
• Process document submissions and approvals, and monitor technical document reviews against the agreed schedule.
• Maintain document and drawing registers with current revision status.
• Check Contractor and supplier documents for compliance with project numbering and quality standards.
• Prepare documents, registers and document status reports as required.
• Act as internal auditor and as auditee in external audits, and prepare records for audits.
• Supervise and guide junior document control staff.
• Support handover and close-out documentation for the project.
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.
