This role offers the opportunity to shape solutions, mentor teams, manage budgets, deliver end‑to‑end engagements, and contribute to the practice's development through new offerings and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in cyber security, risk management, or technology consulting.
• Certification such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISM, CISA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cyber security engagements and manage client relationships.
• Work with Partners and Directors to define solutions, oversee project execution, and develop new opportunities in the market.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of cyber security engagements with high quality output and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Develop engagement plans, budgets, and resourcing, while managing project risks and issues.
• Guide and review the work of engagement teams, providing coaching and feedback.
• Drive business development initiatives – including proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to practice growth by identifying market trends, developing new service offerings, and building internal capabilities.
