Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead end‑to‑end digital product development and align with the Squad Leader on priorities. You will work closely with squad members to deliver measurable product value and manage the full lifecycle from requirements to release documentation.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in digital product roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Jira and Figma, with a passion for agile, user‑centred design and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple product streams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Product Owner over specific digital product(s) end‑to‑end and align with the Squad Leader on priorities and delivery.
• Deliver high‑quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
• Lead full product lifecycle: requirements, design, delivery and iteration.
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans and release documentation.
• Communicate progress, risks and blockers to the Squad Leader to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements and set delivery expectations.
• Represent products in reviews, demos and reporting.
• Set direction, unblock the team and ensure alignment across delivery.
• Foster a collaborative squad culture with shared ownership and continuous learning.
