Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Product Expert to own end-to-end digital products with a high-performing squad in Kuala Lumpur. You will prioritize features, write user stories, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver value to users and the business.

You will lead the full lifecycle from requirements to release, driving cross-functional alignment and communicating risks and progress to stakeholders while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and manage multiple product streams/projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Jira and Figma and familiar with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Product Owner for end-to-end digital products with the squad.
• Lead prioritisation, alignment, and delivery.”
• Work closely with squad members to deliver high-quality products with measurable value.
• Lead full product lifecycle: requirements, design, delivery, iteration.
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release docs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Squad Leader.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage delivery expectations.
• Represent products in reviews, demos, and reports.
• Set direction, unblock the team, and ensure cross-delivery alignment.
• Foster a collaborative squad culture with shared ownership and continuous learning.

What is your mission?

• You will act as a Senior Product Owner over specific digital product/(s) end-to-end and working closely with the Squad
• Leader to align on priorities, and delivery.
• You'll work closely with the squad members to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for assigned products (requirements, design, delivery, and iteration)
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Squad Leader to ensure alignment at all times
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations
• Represent your products in reviews, demos, and reporting
• Lead with clarity and purpose (setting direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring alignment across delivery)
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning
• Ensure all documentation and releases comply with internal best practices and quality governance standards

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and manage multiple product streams/projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficient in Jira and Figma
• Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design
• Comfortable using AI tools and leveraging AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance product thinking
