TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to create product plans and roadmaps with the Regional Digital Innovation Director. You will manage the feature roadmap and work with front-end developers, designers, and copywriters to deliver new functionality that supports company goals.

The role requires a technical background, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deliver on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering/CS/Economics or related field.
• 2 years of digital project management experience ideal.
• Strong technical background with interest in software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create product plans and roadmaps with the Regional Digital Innovation Director.
• Manage the product roadmap for new features to meet company goals.
• Lead daily workflow with front-end developers, designers, and copywriters.
• Define features, write specs, user journeys, wireframes, and release checklists.
