Job summary

TDCX seeks a Squad Leader to own digital products end-to-end, working with the Product Team Lead to align on strategy, priorities, and delivery. You will drive your squad to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.

You will lead the full product lifecycle from requirements to release, define features, write user stories, and create wireframes and test plans. Collaboration, governance, and continuous learning are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple product streams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Jira and Figma.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Team Lead to contribute to roadmap planning and cross-product initiatives.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to ensure strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements and manage delivery expectations.
• Represent products in reviews, demos, and reporting.
• Lead your squad with direction, unblock the team, and ensure alignment across delivery.
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership and continuous learning.
• Ensure all documentation and releases comply with governance standards.

What is your mission?

• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations
• Represent your products in reviews, demos, and reporting
• Lead your squad with clarity and purpose (setting direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring alignment across delivery)
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning
• Ensure all documentation and releases comply with internal best practices and quality governance standards

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field
