Job summary
TDCX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive end-to-end product strategy for digital products, aligning with the Squad Leader to set priorities and deliver value to business and users. You will lead the full product lifecycle, write user stories, wireframes, and release plans, manage stakeholders, and communicate progression, risks, and blockers clearly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Jira and Figma and familiar with agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product ownership for specific digital products.
- Collaborate with Squad Leader to define priorities and delivery.
- Write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation.
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Squad Leader.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and manage delivery expectations.
- Represent products in reviews, demos, and reporting.
- Foster collaboration and continuous learning within the squad.
