Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in DFT.
• 10+ years in architecting DFT solutions.
• Experience with RTL-to-GDS DFT integration.
• Experience providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the DFT architecture.
• Drive DFT planning for advanced packaging.
• Lead root-cause analysis for test failures.
• Optimize production test strategies.
