Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of semiconductor product development experience.

• Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Passion for continuous engineering improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete product development cycles from pre-silicon design through post-silicon validation.
• Champion advanced test methodologies and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering across the lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements.
