Job summary

AFFIN Group is hiring for a senior Data Analytics & Campaign Insights role in Malaysia. You will build customer analytics, campaign measurement, and portfolio performance reporting to drive deposit growth, retention, profitability, and strategic decisions.

You will develop segmentation, predictive models, and actionable insights for acquisition, engagement, migration, and portfolio optimization across CASA, FD, TIA, MCA, and customer segments. Collaboration with multiple teams is key.

Qualifications

Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
8-10 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, customer insights, portfolio management, or banking analytics.
Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, profitability analysis, and campaign performance measurement.

Responsibilities

Own deposit analytics, business performance reporting, and management dashboards.
Monitor CASA, FD, TIA, MCA performance, including inflows, outflows, attrition, retention, and balance growth.
Develop customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and predictive models to identify growth and retention opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to segment owners on acquisition, engagement, migration, and portfolio optimization strategies.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, balance quality, and customer profitability.
Monitor cost of funds, portfolio profitability, and pricing effectiveness to support business decisions.
Identify high-value customers at risk of attrition and recommend retention strategies.
Collaborate with Business, Product, Digital, Marketing, and Distribution teams to drive data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
