Job summary

AFFIN Group in Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to own the Affluent & Premier Banking segment, driving customer acquisition, relationship deepening, deposit growth and profitability. You will manage CASA, FD, TIA and Multi-Currency portfolios with differentiated segment propositions and pricing strategies to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics or related.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Affluent Banking, Premier Banking, Wealth Management, Deposit Products, Segment Management or Retail Banking.
• Strong understanding of CASA, FD, TIA, Multi-Currency products.
• Experience in customer acquisition, portfolio growth and relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage profitability and business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business transformation

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new Affluent customers and upgrade eligible customers into Diventium and Invikta segments.
• Grow CASA, FD, TIA, Multi-Currency balances through targeted campaigns and relationship-based propositions.
• Develop and execute segment-specific pricing, privileges, and bundled banking strategies.
• Consolidate external deposits and increase customer share of wallet.
• Drive maturity retention, renewal, and balance retention programs.
• Partner with Wealth Banking, Treasury, Branch Network and Digital teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Enhance customer journeys, digital capabilities and proposition competitiveness.
• Monitor segment portfolio performance, profitability, customer engagement and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer analytics and market intelligence.
• Manage overall segment P&L, business targets and strategic initiatives.
