7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive, Demand Planner (FMCG) in Kuala Lumpur. You will develop rolling 18-month forecasts, incorporate promotions and events, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Supply Planning to align demand plans.

You will monitor forecast performance and drive data-driven decisions to optimize inventory and service levels. The role emphasizes analytical forecasting, data quality controls, and continuous improvement of planning

Qualificações

• Proficient in statistical forecasting and model validation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Supply Planning teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop rolling 18-month forecasts using historical sales, promotions, seasonality and demand drivers.
• Align demand plans with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Supply Planning.
• Forecast promotional uplifts and events; monitor performance and post-event reviews.
• Assess inventory and replenishment implications; coordinate with planning teams.
• Monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, bias, and planning exceptions; implement corrective actions.
