Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia is seeking a Demand Planner to build rolling 18-month forecasts and align demand with inventory targets. You will work with sales, marketing and supply planners to consolidate inputs and ensure forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, reporting KPI metrics, and presenting insights to management for data-driven decision making in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to generate rolling 18-month forecasts and align targets with merchandising.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing and supply planners to gather input and align plans.
• Synchronize demand forecasts with inventory targets for optimal levels.
• Monitor KPIs related to demand planning and report on forecast accuracy.
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans for supply disruptions.
• Prepare reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels and urgent orders.
• Present forecasts to management and provide strategic insights for unconstraint demand.
• Track promotions, consolidate data and make allocation decisions for promotions.
