Job summary

HEINEKEN Malaysia is seeking an analytical Assistant Manager - Demand Planning to turn data into actionable insights that support demand planning and business decisions. You'll work with Demand Planning, Commercial and Supply Planning to deliver accurate, execution-ready demand plans that optimise product availability and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning or related analytics.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyse demand, sales and inventory data to generate insights.
Translate sell-out demand into sell-in plans aligned with priorities.
Monitor forecast performance with KPIs and root-cause analysis.
Prepare dashboards and reports to support Demand Review and S&OP.
Collaborate with Demand, Supply, Commercial and Finance teams.
