Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy or ACCA/CIMA/Chartered Accountant with 5+ years in commercial finance.
• Proficient in Excel and finance software (SAP, Qlik Sense, EPM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Self-driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• AI capability and digital mindset to leverage AI tools for analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and insights to support decision-making and profitability.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate activities into financial impact.
• Analyze performance versus budget/forecast to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports with commentary on drivers.
• Support strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
• Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and processes.
• Present insights and ad-hoc analysis to management.
