Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data Centre Project Account Lead in Johor to manage onsite operations across multiple workstreams. You will be responsible for continuous infrastructure availability, team management, and compliance with operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years experience in the data centre field, a relevant degree, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include operational incident management and liaising with clients and vendors for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mission critical/data centre field.
• Proven experience leading incident response and operational risk management.
• Expertise in maintenance planning and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite data centre operations ensuring continuous availability.
• Oversee facility infrastructure operations and maintenance planning.
• Manage client relationships and compliance audits.
