Job summary

Annexion Partners Pte Ltd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead the technical operations team for our premier data centre. You will mentor a team of Technical Services Managers, oversee maintenance planning, and ensure 100% uptime and strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in data centre mechanical/electrical operations, a relevant engineering degree, and strong leadership to manage vendors, budgets, and complex capacity projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data centres, facilities, or related engineering operations.
• Electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering degree.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (power and cooling).
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage vendors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Services Managers on maintenance planning and contracts.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and OPEX budgeting.
• Collaborate with Building Services Manager on property-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and standards (ISMS, SOC2, PCI, ISO9001, ISO14001).
• Manage vendor performance, metrics, and risk analysis.
• Serve as primary operations contact for customers with reports and notices.
• Coordinate construction activities ensuring proper design, installation, and testing.
• Review capacity plans to maintain power within limits and attend witness testing.
