Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, or related fields.
• Ability to manage customer portals and negotiate service pricing.
• Experience reading and comprehending single line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Support STSM in data centre operations to achieve 100% uptime.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage incidents.
• Lead minor capital projects for customers.
