Job summary

Sophos in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage a portfolio of high-value customers and prospects, driving new business and renewals. You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel, and Marketing to exceed targets and accelerate growth.

This remote-first role requires proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders, develop account plans, forecast accurately, and close complex cybersecurity deals across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree-educated or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of software/hardware sales experience.
• Cybersecurity domain knowledge preferred.
• Experience influencing senior decision-makers (C-level).
• Proven account and opportunity planning experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
• Forecasting experience in reseller models.
• Strong presentation skills to C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and pursue leads to exceed sales targets.
• Qualify opportunities and determine pursuit viability.
• Manage renewals, cross-sell, and new logo opportunities.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and channels.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing and Channel teams.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and provide forecasts.
• Attend corporate events to promote Sophos.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
