Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Value Management Senior Specialist to own CVM strategy and P&L, driving ARPU/ARPA growth within the Postpaid base. You will lead high-impact campaigns, model customer behaviour, and steer the CVM technology stack with personalised, automated campaigns.

You will guide cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT and Finance to ensure strategic alignment, flawless execution, and data-driven decision making at the senior leadership level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in CVM, CRM or marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to drive ARPU/ARPA growth through lifecycle strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead upsell, cross-sell and base migration campaigns to boost ARPU/ARPA.
• Develop and own CLM strategy and maximise customer lifetime value.
• Drive CVM tech stack evolution with personalisation and automation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Finance for aligned execution.
• Present analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
