Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth through strategic channel plans and by guiding in-house sales teams across regions in Malaysia. You will lead coaching efforts, oversee performance metrics, and ensure compliance with sales standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading sales teams,
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for controlled channels (Maxis Centres, direct teams) in assigned regions.
• Lead, coach, and manage in-house sales teams and supervisors.
• Drive customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling within controlled channels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and sales standards.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for GTM activities.
• Lead process improvements and training for controlled channels.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
