Job summary

You will collaborate with product, IT, sales and service teams to implement data‑driven initiatives and integrate emerging technologies for growth.

You will steer digital programs, optimize the customer journey, and build capabilities for scalable digital growth, shaping CY and revenue outcomes in a dynamic telecom landscape.

• Proven experience in a senior digital leadership role, preferably in telecoms.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, CX principles, and e-commerce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
• Drive initiatives to improve the digital customer experience using data-driven insights.
• Build capabilities on the digital platform and enable growth.
• Integrate digital channels to ensure seamless online-offline transitions.
• Own growth through digital channels including acquisition, base management, engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Consumer Business, IT, Sales & Service and other teams to align digital solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and oversee integration of cutting-edge solutions.
• Implement robust analytics to measure impact and inform decisions.
