Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a leader to define and lead the digital commerce strategy, building the roadmap to grow online sales and improve the customer experience across the website.

You will drive data-driven optimization using analytics, customer insights, and SEO reports to enhance product discovery, optimize the purchase journey, and boost conversion, while shaping the technology ecosystem to support scalable online sales and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall website & digital commerce strategy and roadmap to grow digital sales and improve the online experience.
• Use data analytics, customer insights and SEO/AIO reports to continuously improve product discovery, purchase journey and sales performance.
• Own the design and optimization of the web discovery and digital purchase journeys to improve conversion and reduce customer friction.
• Lead the development and evolution of the digital commerce technology ecosystem to support scalable and flexible online sales.
• Continuously improve the operational efficiency of the online storefront to ensure accurate product configuration, smooth workflows and timely processes, and reliable transaction handling.
