Responsibilities

• Own the strategic planning, P&L, and roadmap for upsell/cross-sell/base migration campaigns.
• Develop the CLM strategy using predictive analytics and segmentation.
• Lead CVM tech stack enhancements for personalization and automation.
• Guide cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution of complex initiatives.
• Present deep-dive analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and act as the go-to CVM expert.
