Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or related client-facing roles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through persuasion and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Comfort with data analysis, business reviews, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide both reactive and proactive services to our customer base.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver Annual Program reviews based on a templated model for customers.
• Own and manage an annual program of Success Events and Webinars.
• Monitor inflow of CSM requests and community feedback.
