Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Handle customer purchase orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
• Production Coordination: Liaise with production teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing timelines.
• Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints related to product quality, delays, or logistics. Escalate issues to QA or production when necessary.
• Documentation: Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and customer correspondence. Maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
• Logistics Coordination: Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of finished goods.
• Market Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to management for product improvement and market competitiveness.
