Job summary

EHH Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Customer Service to manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

You will oversee end-to-end order processing, coordinate across Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance, and guide junior staff while driving improvements in service processes. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in Business or related field with 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; English and Bahasa Malaysia are

• 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service or related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably ERP/CRM systems.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Customer Service to join our team. You will handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, process and monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams.

About you

Diploma/Degree in Business, Customer Service, Management or related field

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service or related role

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably ERP/CRM systems

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
