Job summary

EHH Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead daily transport, fleet and warehouse operations in a growing food manufacturing company. You will plan routes, manage drivers, monitor costs and ensure inventory accuracy.

You will develop teams, drive KPI improvement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing and Finance to optimise end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics/warehousing, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with inventory control and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport, fleet, delivery and warehouse operations
• Plan delivery schedules, routes and vehicle allocation
• Manage drivers, fleet utilisation, fuel, maintenance and transportation costs
• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy and FIFO/FEFO compliance where applicable

• Monitor operational KPIs, costs, productivity and delivery performance

EHH Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead logistics, transportation, fleet and warehouse operations in our growing food manufacturing company in Selangor.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily transport, fleet, delivery and warehouse operations

Plan delivery schedules, routes and vehicle allocation

Manage drivers, fleet utilisation, fuel, maintenance and transportation costs

About you

Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics operations

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Able to work independently and manage a fast-paced operation

Valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage
