Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) in Malaysia to proactively resolve complex incidents and ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational. You will mentor juniors, collaborate across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications, and drive continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes pre-emptive problem-solving, knowledge/article creation, and engagement with vendors while maintaining strict SLAs and client timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
• Proven experience working with vendors/third parties.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive incident resolution and resolve technical incidents.
• Configure, test, and operate client infrastructure to meet SLAs.
• Mentor L2 teams and support project delivery and DR functions.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior engineers.
• Engage with third-party vendors and optimize automation opportunities.
