Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRO, digital analytics, or performance marketing (agency experience a plus).
• Proficiency with GA4 and heatmaps/recordings.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation.
• Ability to reason from data to revenue and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue number and optimize for revenue and customer value, not vanity metrics.
• Audit and dissect stores to identify revenue leakage.
• Build CRO roadmaps from data, heatmaps, and user behavior.
• Lead the funnel with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages and UI improvements.
• Own experimentation from hypothesis to post-test analysis and prioritize by revenue impact.
