Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a seasoned corporate banking professional to drive business plans and growth in the branch’s corporate segment. You will market products, cross-sell solutions, and build strong client relationships to expand the portfolio.

The role requires 5–8 years in corporate banking, a finance-related degree, and relevant certifications. You should communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, banking, or accounting from a reputable university.
• 5–8 years of corporate banking experience.
• Strong credit, marketing, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing business plans and strategies to achieve corporate targets.
• Market and cross-sell products to expand client portfolio.
• Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients.
• Build relationships with banks, business counterparts and associates.
• Stay updated on market conditions and competitors' offerings.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia and ICBC policies.
• Manage day-to-day compliance risks.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks from Head of Branch or Senior Management.
