Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a corporate banking professional to support the branch's business plans and develop the corporate segment. You will market and cross-sell the bank's products to expand the client portfolio while delivering high-quality service to new and existing customers.

The role requires 5–8 years in corporate banking, strong credit and marketing knowledge, and solid analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable university.
• 5–8 years of corporate banking experience.
• Strong business acumen, results orientation, customer-service mindset.
• Strong credit, marketing knowledge, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing business plans, strategies and development to achieve corporate targets.
• Market and cross-sell products according to policies to grow the client portfolio.
• Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and business counterparts.
• Stay abreast of market conditions and competitors' offerings.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and ICBC policies.
• Manage compliance risks in day-to-day activities.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by Head of Branch and Senior Management.
