Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc analyses for regulatory, audit, and management inquiries
• Supervise daily monitoring of capital, leverage, and concentration risk with accountability for accuracy and completeness
• Develop, implement, and maintain controls and procedures to ensure regulatory reporting compliance and quality standards
• Assign work tasks, monitor team completion, and manage workload allocation to meet reporting deadlines
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify professional development opportunities for team members
• Review and validate all regulatory reports and analytical work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Escalate compliance concerns, risks, and deviations to management while maintaining audit documentation
