You will build long-term customer relationships, develop a proactive sales strategy, and lead tender negotiations to secure profitable orders while ensuring timely payments. A strong product knowledge base and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of direct industrial machinery sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive hunter.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive annual growth.
• Prepare tenders and lead negotiations to secure profitable orders.
• Ensure timely payment collection and reporting of monthly sales.
• Deliver monthly sales reports to management.
• Identify customer needs and generate new leads.
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights.
• Manage BMS projects to deliver effective customer solutions.
