• Execute sales and account management strategies to build long-term relationships.
• Plan, forecast and deliver sustained branch growth.
• Develop and direct sales force to be premier supplier of equipment.
• Manage account plans and pipeline with key accounts and target owners.
• Lead recruitment and development of sales staff in collaboration with HR.
• Represent management on strategically important key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
