Job summary

RGE is seeking a contracts lawyer to manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, from drafting and negotiation to documentation and compliance. You will advise on legal risk, support dispute resolution, and work closely with procurement and finance teams to align third-party contracts with policy.

The role requires a degree in the related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with willingness to relocate to the job location in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract management from contract preparation, execution to documentation.
• Organize and track case files and maintain legal templates.
• Lead and/or support drafting and negotiation of technology and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant legislation.
• Support resolution of legal disputes and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to align contracts with company policies.
