Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Contract Assistant to assist in cost and contract matters for tenders. You will handle pre- and post-contract activities and contribute to tender pricing and documentation.

Must possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; fresh graduate to 3 years' experience is preferred, with experience in main contractors and high-rise building projects. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD and Gloden software (TAS, TRB) is required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with main contractor and high-rise building construction preferred.
