Job summary

Job description

This role involves claim preparation and submission, valuation of sub-contractor work, evaluation of sub-contractor variation orders, and finalisation of accounts. You will be responsible for taking off quantities, preparing bills of quantities, calling quotations, and coordinating the sub-contract procurement process. You will attend tender briefing and clarification meetings as necessary, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will follow up on contractor pre-qualification and renewal status, prepare Letters of Award when required, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key responsibilities

Taking off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities

Following up on pre-qualification of new contractors or renewal of registered contractors

Preparing Letters of Award when necessary
