OIB Group is looking for a Quantity Surveying professional in Sungai Petani, Kedah to support quantity take-offs, procurement, and budget monitoring for ongoing projects. You will prepare bills of quantities, letters of award, and subcontractor claims while coordinating with site teams and suppliers to ensure timely orders and payments.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a team-oriented

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• 1-2 years' experience is advantageous.
• Able to work as a team.
• Able to maintain high attendance, punctuality and professional attitude.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project quantity take-offs, procurement, subcontractor claims and budget monitoring.
• Prepare bills of quantities, quotations and letters of award; check site measurements; coordinate with site teams and subcontractors; track drawings and transmittals to help ensure timely orders and payments.
• Taking-off rebar & BRC and ensure orders can be made in time.
• Prepare BQ and seek quotations for yet-to-be-awarded trades.
• Preparation of subcontractor claims, checking site measurements received and ensure payment can be made on time.
• Liaising with site representatives and subcontractors.
• Keep track of drawings received and prepare transmittals to relevant parties.
• Prepare Subcontractor's Letter of Award (LA).
• Assisting Contract Executive in monitoring project budget and ensuring all materials budgets are updated and subcontractor claims can be made in time.
