Job summary

Nestcon Property Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee contract administration for property development and construction projects.

You will prepare, review, and manage contracts, monitor variations, payments and final accounts, and liaise with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least 5 years' experience, with proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in property development or consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related software/systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, administration, and management of contracts for property development and construction projects.
• Review and evaluate contractors' and suppliers' quotations, claims, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor and administer contractual matters throughout the project, including variations, extensions of time, loss and expense claims, and other contractual submissions.
• Review and verify interim payment claims, progress payments, final accounts, and related documents.
• Prepare and monitor variation orders and ensure proper evaluation, approval, and documentation.
