Job summary

Nestcon Property Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned contracts professional with 5+ years in property development or consultancy. You will assist in contract preparation, review, and management for development projects and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and QS teams.

The role involves reviewing quotations and claims, monitoring variations and payment claims, and maintaining comprehensive contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property development or consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related software.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract preparation, review, and management for development projects.
• Review contractor and supplier quotations, claims, and proposals.
• Monitor variations, time extensions, loss and expense claims, and submissions.
• Prepare interim and final payment claims with supporting documents.
• Maintain contract records and report costs and risks to management.
